Dear clients, caregivers, and community members,
We recently resumed service for limited in-person appointments (including community and home visits) for clients with urgent needs on Tuesday, March 1.
After careful consideration and consultation with the Infection, Prevention, and Control Team at Surrey Place, we’re excited to share that we plan on expanding service to all clients on Tuesday, March 15.
Our clinicians will be contacting their clients to schedule in-person appointments.
In the time leading up to our March 15 reopening and beyond, we will keep monitoring the situation to ensure there are no sudden changes related to community transmission rates, mask supply, etc. that would impact our safe reopening. You can also count on us to ensure strict safety protocol is implemented at all our offices, which includes screening all visitors, using appropriate personal protection equipment, signage to encourage physical distancing, and increased sanitization.
In addition to offering in-person appointments, we will continue to work remotely and provide our high-quality Telehealth services. If you want to learn more about our programs and services, please call 1-833-575-KIDS (5437) for children and youth programs and 1-855-372-3858 to learn more about our adult programs.
We hope to see you soon, whether it’s in person, or online!
Stay safe, and be well,
Dr. Terri Hewitt, C. Psych.
