People with intellectual and developmental disabilities require timely services that support their wellness, especially as it evolves over time. Our Wellness Services are available to current and former clients, families, caregivers, professionals and the broader community in order to become more proactively engaged in their care. We accomplish this by building awareness and enhancing their knowledge, skills and resilience.
Our Wellness events and resources support the changing needs of our clients across the lifespan. Using a family-centred approach, our team of clinicians and other healthcare professionals provide social, behavioural, communication, mental health and community support. We deliver this support using a variety of methods, such as groups, workshops, clinics, drop-ins, phone-ins and telehealth delivered both online and in-person.
