Payment Information

To complete your payment and registration, please use the following e-transfer instructions: 

  1. Log into your online or mobile banking app and select the account.
  2. Choose or add accounts.receivable@surreyplace.ca 
  3. Enter the amount owed.
  4. IMPORTANT: In the message field, please write your child’s name and program name.

You have two options:    

Payment schedule:  A $1,000 deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving this email. Once your deposit is received, your payment schedule will be as follows: 

OAP Receipts: Please note that once your payment has been received, you will be issued a receipt. However, once the service has started, we will issue a separate OAP invoice, which can be used to reconcile your Access OAP funding.
