To complete your payment and registration, please use the following e-transfer instructions:
- Log into your online or mobile banking app and select the account.
- Choose or add accounts.receivable@surreyplace.ca
- Enter amount owed.
- IMPORTANT In the message field please specify the following: Child’s name and Program name.
For our packages, 40% of the cost will be required within 48 hours of receiving this email. The remaining 30% is due in 2 installments the first 30% installment is due two weeks before service starts and the remaining 30% is due two weeks before end of service. You will receive a payment link/instructions before the due date.
Please note that once your payment has been received, you will be issued a receipt. However, once the service has started, we will issue an OAP invoice, which can be used to reconcile your Access OAP funding.
