We are currently recruiting a variety of direct support professionals and/or leaders in direct support who support adults (18+) with developmental and intellectual disabilities engaging in challenging behaviour.
Under the ‘learn more’ section:
We are currently recruiting a variety of direct support professionals (e.g., disability support professional, instructor-therapist, behaviour technician) and/or leaders in direct support (e.g., managers, supervisors, directors, or organizers of a support team or support environment) who support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities engaging in challenging behaviour. We want to explore different professionals’ perceptions of self-confidence and how it relates to their workplace, emotions about work, and responses to challenging behaviour. Participants have the option to enter into a draw to win 1 in 6 $25 gift cards. Please see the poster for more details.
