This one-to-one service focuses on individualized learning goals and is suitable for children and young adults who would benefit from frequent or daily practice in skill development. This includes children and young adults:
With substantial learning needs requiring intervention several days per week
Who are not yet group-ready
Who are not yet following visual instructions
Who may require support in a specific area not covered by our group-based programs
Individual services are delivered starting at two hours per week. Focus areas are identified after an initial skills assessment. This assessment is completed during the first and second session. Behavior Analysts will work closely with caregivers to identify meaningful goals.
How do I choose between 1-to-1 FBI for Behavioural Challenges and 1-to-1 FBI for Skill Development?
Children and teens with more complex behavioural challenges may benefit from our exciting, new 1-to-1 FBI for Behavioural Challenges model, while those with goals that are more focused on communication, daily living skills and emotional regulation may prefer our 1-to-1 FBI for Skill Development.
