Surrey Place Centre Charitable Foundation is honoured to receive a generous donation of $17,400 from the 2016 TELUS Match program.
The TELUS Match Program is about giving back to communities and charitable organization across Canada. Through the TELUS Match Program employee donations are matched dollar for dollar. On September 13, 2016, Mr. Subrata Banik hosted a charity golf day as part of the TELUS Match Program and Surrey Place Centre Charitable Foundation was designated as the recipient of the dollars raised.
Surrey Place Centre (SPC) is a leading provider in specialized clinical services in the Toronto region for children, youth and adults living with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. The generous donation will go directly towards supporting client needs.
“As a proponent of developmental disabilities and autism we are grateful to be receiving this very generous gift. Our passion is to help people of all ages living with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders to lead healthy and socially inclusive lives using our exemplary skills in interdisciplinary clinical services, education and research; with this donation we can continue to make a difference in the lives of the many clients we serve.”
