“Ever since the pandemic began, there’s been a significant shift to online services, but having a broken laptop made it challenging to connect with my son’s clinician. It meant that we were only able to communicate using email and phone calls.
Now that I have a new laptop, thanks to the Technology Access Fund, it’s a lot easier to access services and connect with clinicians and behaviour therapists at Surrey Place. I’ve also been able to take part in their online Wellness events for caregivers, like the Coffee Chats, Zumba and Yoga sessions, which I’ve really enjoyed!
