Navigating life with autism comes with plenty of discovery and growth

Foundational Family Services offers sessions to empower families and caregivers with autistic children and youth so they can gain the tools and knowledge they need. These sessions help with goals like increasing your child’s rate of learning, increasing caregiver confidence and reducing stress, or connecting you with families who share similar experiences.

Foundational Family Services are available free of charge to all families registered in the Ontario Autism Program (OAP).

Types of services

They include:

  • Family and peer mentoring

  • Brief targeted consultations
  • Transition supports
  • Family resource and clinic days
