Prerequisite Skills
Your child is a great fit if they:
- Follow complex, multi-step instructions
- Have some established back-and-forth conversation skills
- Can express needs and emotions
- Participate in both structured and unstructured group activities
- Take turns, wait patiently and manage impulses
This program is not suitable if your child:
- Is not yet having back-and-forth conversations or asking questions and making comments
- Struggles to follow group instructions or routines
- Displays behaviours that could cause injury or require emergency help
